Does this test determine the age of your dog?

This kit can determine the exact breed or mix of breeds in your dog’s genetic makeup. It is suitable for dogs of all ages but will not test for age.

How do you collect the dog's saliva exactly? How much is needed?

Your kit will have a step-by-step guide to taking a sample from your pup. Just wait 30 minutes after your dog has had food or water, then gently swab your dog's inner cheek
for 30 seconds. Put the swab in
the tube and shake it 10 times.
It’s as simple as that.

Would this test tell whether my dog is closely related to a wolf?

I never got the results or anything by US Mail or email. I sent it in last month and NEVER heard a thing. I’m going to call Chewy to see if I can get a refund.

I knew!

The rescue said she was boxer mixed. I knew my dog wasn't a boxer. All of her categories came back some sort of bulldog to pit, to pit bully, to american Staffordshire

Not sure this is correct told my guy was great Pyrenees st Bernard husky and norwegian elkhound the norwegian elkhound I believe but I was told when I rescued him

I don't know to say about this product. This is the second go around, the first Kit did not work out, so this is my 2nd kit. I mailed it back to them on Feb 26,

I mailed it back to them on Feb 26, 2025 and as of today March 28, 2025 I have not heard if they received the kit back to work on, so I am pending. If it works out this time, then great; but if not, I will order a different kit.
