Animal Refugee Response is a strictly NO-KILL non-profit organization, based in Lake County, California. We offer a safe place to dogs and cats in dire and very unfortunate situations. As well as providing sanctuary to elderly, disabled, sick and injured, and orphaned animals, we provide shelter to adoptable animals. What distinguishes our organization is our strict commitment to “NO-KILL”. Animals we care for are never destroyed because of age, health condition, lack of space, or cost. They live at our facility until they are adopted.
