Broken Arrow Rescue Community (“BARC”), is a nonprofit, no-kill, volunteer dog rescue organization serving the homeless pets of Oklahoma. At BARC, we strive to rescue homeless pets regardless of the circumstance, but place great emphasis on saving shelter pets in danger of being euthanized. Once rescued, we undertake a rigorous process to find our pets a permanent home with a loving, responsible and committed family.
