About Us
We are a fire department that supports Firefighter Vitale and K9 Irie of the Illinois Urban Search and Rescue Task Force - 1. Together they form a Canine Search Team who locate missing or lost people, and trapped victims in collapsed buildings or homes from acts of terrorism, natural disasters, or any other emergency. They can deploy both locally and nationally if requested. They have been a team for 3 years and have had several deployments and successful finds.
