About Us
South County Tail Waggers is a 501(c)(3) dog-rescue organization based in Gilroy, CA however serve all of California. Our mission is Saving Each Other - People Saving Dogs, and Dogs Saving People Right Back. We focus on rescuing the dogs facing euthanasia either because of medical and/or behavioral issues. After rehabilitation our Tail Waggers are brought into communities by our volunteers to the people who need them the most -- senior citizens, at-risk youth, foster children, etc. These special populations of people help socialize our Tail Waggers to get them ready for their forever homes and families, and in turn our Tail Waggers provide unconditional love and understanding to the people t...Find Us
