Whiskers TNR aims to improve the quality of life for cats in Warren County by working directly with the caregiver of the cat to coordinate spay/neuter and vaccinations. The kitties in our foster care program come from Warren County properties that we are working to spay/neuter. Our primary focus is TNR (trap-neuter-return) but many times there is a need to find homes for adoptable cats and kittens.Find Us
