We have a chain link fence, and our dog regularly interacts with the neighbors dogs through it. One side has six dogs, the other has two and unfortunately, neither household uses any flea prevention. Every spring and summer, our yard would become infested. We tried countless flea remedies, but the only time we saw real relief was during the cooler months when the dogs weren’t outside as much. Being sandwiched between two flea ridden properties made it nearly impossible to manage. This is the only solution that’s worked consistently year round. I first used this 8 or 9 years ago with my previous dog. I asked my vet if it was still available, and thankfully, it is. I feel much more confident using something that’s been on the market for so long. Since restarting it a year ago, we haven’t seen a single flea even with constant exposure to untreated dogs. I recommend it to everyone!

i have been a customer for over 10 years and loved everything about your products, service and most importantly customer service. But the last three orders FedX delivered in front of my neighbors house, wrong address, instead of coming down the driveway to our house. I am 76, newly widowed, and i cannot carry dog food down the driveway. The tick and Flea meds were left in the dirt after i have complained 3 different times. I am at my wits end.

When I ordered the prescription I immediately uploaded the written script from the vet with my email order. Within 1-5 days I kept getting emails to upload the prescription. When I tried to follow the prompts to (once again) upload the prescription, the prompts gave me no options to upload as directed. Then I got one nonsensical email with no text. After several days with a sick dog I finally gave up and filled the prescription elsewhere. Bottom line: I finally cancelled the order in frustration after dealing with a sick dog for several days.

We have been repeat customers for this product for years! My only complaint is the price has skyrocketed, but I suppose many things around the world have, regardless what they are. The price is starting to become almost unaffordable, though :( However, since this is what we have used for so long, I am unwilling to switch products. I hope the price goes back down soon!

Oliver will be on his very expensive meds and special food for his whole life so when I have to add the Simparica Trio each month, which is also expensive, I like to be able to stock up on it when it's on sale. This doesn't expire for another year and I already had 6 months worth from your last sale, so now I have a year's worth and don't need to think about purchasing it for a while. So when it goes on sale again, I can trust that it will be safe to buy in advance. I always enjoy shopping at Chewy because I know I can trust their products and customer service.

I adopted a 5-6 year old lab mix about 7 months ago. She is EXTREMELY aware of any tablets that contain medication. I’ve tried other brands of heartworm and flea/tick preventatives - cutting them up and hiding in a hotdog or crushing and adding to wet food - but it was always a struggle. I bought a single dose of Simparica Trio and she ate the whole tablet with no hesitation! Whew!

Yes, Simparica Trio does what it says - it protects against fleas, ticks, heartworms, roundworms, and hookworms, all in one chew. My dog doesn’t mind taking it, and it’s convenient compared to juggling multiple prescriptions. On the effectiveness side, no complaints. But the price? Completely ridiculous. For a 3-month supply, you’re spending hundreds of dollars - for three tiny chews. That’s not just expensive, it’s highway robbery. Pet owners shouldn’t have to choose between protecting their dog’s health and paying their bills. It feels like the manufacturers know they’ve cornered the market and are gouging us simply because they can. Bottom line - while the product works, the cost is outrageous and frankly insulting. If you don’t mind shelling out an absurd amount of money every few months, it’ll get the job done. But for most of us, this price tag is unsustainable.

I have used Simperica Trio for my black Lab since she was two years old, now going on nine. We live in a farming area next to a several acres of natural Wisconsin vegetation/wildflowers, home to every kind of insect, yet my Lab has never carried any fleas or ticks in her coat despite the last two summers of heavy tick infestation in the area. A chewable tablet she has no trouble taking, and it has also insured that she does not contact heart worms. This is so much easier than trying to give and apply two different medications to keep her safe!

I switched to this brand two years ago and it’s the most affected for fleas and ticks. Luna is not bothered by any of that and mosquitoes as well. I have in the past found dead ticks on her. She gets tested for heart worms yearly and has never had any of that. So this is why I gave this product a five star.

Thru no fault of chewy the RX wasn't verified as promptly as I had hoped for. Then they shipped it out and should have arrived very shortly. Again no fault of chewy but it was held up once because idk. Secondly because of holiday. But it came, Boo was given her medicine and hopefully that's it. No problems like this before, just unfortunate circumstances P.S. 6 month supply sent as ordered not 3 months
