This is safe to use on dogs in a household with cats. That said, as with any topical product, we always recommend allowing the spray to dry fully before your cat comes into close contact with the treated dog, just as an extra precaution.

The spray contains natural ingredients like cedarwood, rosemary, and peppermint, and it has a pleasant scent. After I applied it, my dog rubbed her nose into the carpet for a moment, I’m not sure if it was from the smell or a bit of spray getting too close to her nose. It only lasted about a minute, and she didn’t do it again. It dried quickly and wasn’t sticky once dry. As for how well it works, that’s hard to say. My dog didn’t have any flea or tick issues while using it, but that might also be because of the time of year. Would we use it again? Definitely. I plan to pair it with the shampoo for extra protection.

I purchased Seresto collor that did nothing..so me being in a panic purchased Zesty Paws flea and tick spray and shampoo. When I sprayed her the fleas immediately were dead. I can't imagine what she was going through. She smells great and she didn't mind the scent at all..its very pleasant scent. I hope that it will keep killing these fleas and keep her flea free. She is not a outside dog.

This is my first time trying a natural flea and tick spray. Our dog loves to run in tall grasses so any extra protection is welcome. It says flea and tick spray, but it seems to help guard him from mosquitos as well! He has been itching less after being outdoors. I cannot say whether it is 100% effective, but so far so good! I was also surprised at how good it smells! The product doesn't seem to be long lasting, but I don’t mind as it freshens him up! I think I would buy this again.

I was able to try Zesty Paws Flea and Tick spray though Bzz agent. The first thing I noticed was the smell. If you like the smell of essential oils then you will love the smell of it. I like that its natural and wont make my dogs sick and it seems to be doing the trick. My dogs love to go outside and play and roll in the grass and now I don't have to worry about fleas and ticks . My dogs are my babies and I want to keep them safe and I feel like I am doing that with Zezty paws.

Great smelling natural flea and tick spray!!!

So happy I got a chance to try this flea and tick spray! I love that it is made with natural oils (i.e. peppermint, rosemary, and cedarwood). The smell isn’t overpowering

So happy I got a chance to try this flea and tick spray! I love that it is made with natural oils (i.e. peppermint, rosemary, and cedarwood). The smell isn’t overpowering and leaves our pup smelling great. The spray is a fine mist that helps get a good even coat on the fur. We use this in addition to a flea collar and it’s a great extra step. Our dog has some dry skin patches and this product really seems to help smooth those spots. We plan to spend lots of time outdoors this summer and I feel confident this spray will help deter unwanted bugs and pests from being brought in the house. I would recommend this product to those who are looking for a natural deterrent that is easy to use and smells great. I received this product free in exchange for writing a review.

I have used this for a couple weeks now. We tend to have a lot of mosquitoes in our area and they make my dog crazy on our walks. I gave this a try because I am very big on putting more gentle and natural products on my pets. The smell is fantastic, exactly like essential oils. That alone would make me come back again to this product, but on top of that, it works well! It has reduced the amount of itching he is doing after our walks, and I believe it seems to soothe his skin a bit as well. I spray him well and then brushed it through, which was also great because I don't brush him as often as I should and this had me doing it much more. Because it is essential oil based, it should be expected that where it is applied to will be a bit oily as well. I prefer a product that works well over a product that doesn't, so this didn't bother me, but you should be aware that it will change the texture of their coat slightly. Overall, this is a fantastic product that works well and I really enjoy it over other methods, like a collar or shampoo.

I was very impressed how easy this spray was to apply to my dogs. My dogs did not mind the spray and I thought it was an easier application compared to some other prescription brands that you have to try and put on their coat. I did like the smell of it. I like that it comes in a big bottle as I have two large dogs and so I won't constantly run out of this one. I really like the ingredients in this as I am not a fan of having lots of chemicals in my home. I can't speak to how effectively it works yet, but so far so good.

Great Extra Protection for Sensitive Pups

Thank you so much Zesty Paws for the free Flea & Tick Spray. Fleas have been really bad this year, so I’ve been using this flea and tick spray as an extra layer of protection for my Australian Shepherd, Ollie. He has very sensitive skin and tends to get extremely itchy during this season, but since I started spraying him before outdoor playtime, he’s been noticeably less itchy. That alone makes this spray a win in my book! I’ve seen a few people mention that the smell is a bit strong, but personally, I like it. It has a clean peppermint scent and smells way less like harsh chemicals than other treatments we’ve tried in the past. Most importantly, I haven’t seen a single flea or tick on Ollie since we started using it. If you have a sensitive-skinned pup and are looking for something gentle yet effective, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try!
