Zesty Paws Hemp Calming Bites Peanut Butter Flavored Soft Chews Composure & Relaxation Supplement for Dogs, 10 count

I have to admit, I was skeptical of an OTC product to relieve anxiety for my 16 year old Beagle, Jake. After being on half dose for a week, we had a thunderstorm coming so I gave him 2 tabs. He slept through the storm and he is typically terrified if them. Today, he had his annual vet visit thst usually brings on uncontrollable shaking and almost hyperventilating panting. He was cool as a cucumber. Even let them trim his nails without a fuss. Yes, I am a fan of this product. Only thing I don't like is he wont eat them like a treat and they are very crumbly. Which in my case is good. I just crumble into his breakfast.

Ginger was disinterested in eating her Kongs. Vet had taken tests and while waiting for results I put 1 treat mother hubbard treats in Kong. It worked to settle her til we got diagnosis. She is now on meds and eating like normal. :)

We live in an area that gets frequent thunderstorms, and I have 2 Bernedoodles that are absolutely scared to death of thunder, loud noises, and fireworks. Our vet gave us an Rx for their anxiety, which works like a charm, except you have to give it to the dogs 2 hours prior to the expectation of the loud noises (i.e. fireworks). We can guesstimate when we think the fireworks are going to start in order to give them the Rx, but we didn’t know what to do about the thunderstorms that show up - all of a sudden - out of the blue. My niece put us on to these Zesty Paws, and it has made our dog’s lives so incredibly better. Their anxiety is almost non-existant after taking these calming bites. As their owners, it has helped us also, because the angst we felt knowing how anxiety-filled they were has been removed. Thank you to my niece, and thank you Zesty Paws!
